Enrolment Procedure


Stage 1

Pre Application Checklist

  1. Go thorough the course details carefully and make sure that you meet the entry requirements for your chosen course of study. If you are in doubt please contact us.
  2. Check course start dates and make sure that you have sufficient time.If you need to apply for a student visa to come to the UK, make sure you check the visa processing times from your local British Embassy
  3. If you are a non-native English language speaker and has not yet taken an IELTS test, you can test your English language level online from our website at: Grammar Test

Stage 2

The Application form

  1. Please complete the School of Management & Computing Application form, click here to download the form.
  2. Enclose all relevant supporting documents such as educational qualifications, work references.
  3. If your documents are not in English, we need an attested translations
  4. Don’t send original documents with your application. We only require attested copies

Stage 3

Paying fees

  1. Minimum fee payment requirements are as follows:
  • EU Nationals can pay at least 1/3 of the total course fees at the time of your application
  • Non EU Nationals must pay at least ½ ( or minimum £2500-) of the total course fees at the time of your application
  • You can find payment details in your application form (page 5)
  • If you are planning to apply for sponsorship or a bank loan and need an enrolment confirmation letter, please send us your completed application without fees.

Stage 5

Acceptance

  1. Once we received your completed application form, all supporting documents and your payment we will then process your application
  2. If we require further information we may contact you to request such documents. We usually do this via e mail, so make sure that you have regular access to your e mails. If you do not have an e mail account, then provide us with your preferred method of contact
  3. If we are satisfied with the information that you have provided with your application, we will then send you an “Unconditional Acceptance Letter” (i.e. Visa Letter) as well as a receipt of payment for you to apply for your visas (if applicable).
  4. However, if you require a “Conditional Admission” to arrange your sponsorship or your bank loan, we will send you a “Conditional Acceptance Letter” (i.e. Not Valid for visa purposes) to arrange your funds


Other important details

  1. We aim to process all completed application forms within 48 hours, however in some cases it will take longer especially when banks take long time to transfer your payment, in some occasions the delays in international post.
  2. We will send all admission letters using Royal Mail. However should you require us to currier your admission letters, please mention it clearly in your application form. There will be a charge for this service and depend on the currier company chargers
  3. We do not charge a registrations fee for the School of Management & Computing Applications, however in the event of a visa refusal we will deduct £65- (£95- for courses ending with Degrees i.e. BA, BSc, MBA, MSc) for our administration fees before refunding the reminder of the fees to you
  4. We do not encourage students who require a visa to come to the UK to pay for their accommodation before obtaining such visas, as these incur non-refundable chargers. However we need at least 4 weeks notice to arrange your accommodation
  5. We recommend all students to apply at least 10-12 weeks before your course start dates, especially if you require to apply for a student visa
  6. In the event of unexpected delays, we can defer your course for a maximum of 2 weeks from the scheduled start date and if you expected to be delayed beyond this period then we recommend you to transfer your admission to the next available intake. Please make sure to inform British High Commission for such changes
  7. We need 2 weeks notice to arrange an Airport Pick up. If you require this service please inform us at your earliest. There will be a charge for this service
  8. If you noticed any errors in your admission letters, please contact us immediately to rectify this.
