Please Note
- Fees must be paid in full at the beginning or before each
course starts
- If you book a place for the VA Level 1, Level 2 and Galileo
or any GDS and pay at the same time, we give a discount
of £40
- To reserve a place on a particular course, you must pay
a deposit of £65, which is then discounted against the
fees when you pay the balance
- The fee for VA Levels 1, 2 and GDS courses includes the
exam registration and one set of materials.

Terms & Conditions
- You can pay in full or the required £65 deposit for any
VA, Airline Cabin Crew and Airport Passenger Service Agents,Fidelio
or GDS course. Full payment is required for the combined VA1,
VA2 & 1 GDS package and the International Travel & Tourism
course.
- Initial deposit of £65 is non refundable.
- Full fees must be paid before each course begins.
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- For Certain courses, fees include exam registration and one
set of materials. Please check before enrol.
- Some courses are delivered as a self study programmes i.e.
GDS, Fidelio, etc.
- If for any reason a course is cancelled, students will be offered
an alternative course or a full fee refund
- Oxford House College reserves the right to alter the timetable
and lecturers
