Course Information

The Consultant level helps in understanding more complex operations including advanced fare construction principles, major aspects of the travel agency business, components of customised and international tours and the Billing and Settlement System.
An additional 10 IATA points are awarded upon completion of the course. You will also be able to use the letters 'DTTC' (Diploma in Travel and Tourism Consulting) after your name.
The course consists of the following modules:
- Geography in Travel Planning 2
- Land Transport: Rail 2
- Land Transport: Bus & Coach
- Accommodation (other than Hotels)
- Water Transport: Cruises and Private Charters
- Tour Packages 2
- Law and Regulations 1
- Selling Skills
- Air Fares and Ticketing 2

Qualification
IATA/UFTAA Foundation Diploma from IATA, the International Air Transport Association
Entry Requirements
The entry requirement for the IATA Consultant Diploma course is a IATA Foundation Diploma.

IATA Consultant Diploma: £2750 (12 week classroom based studies and 12 week work placement)
