Course Information

The Foundation level modules will provide you with an understanding of travel and tourism, the importance of customer service and the role of the technology in the tourism field. You will become familiar with industry regulations including visas, health requirements, and ticketing as well as learn to calculate air fares for various types of journeys.
You will gain 10 IATA points upon successful completion of the course. You will also be able to use the letters DTTF (Diploma in Travel and Tourism Foundations) after your name.

IATA Consultant Diploma: £2750 (12 week classroom based studies and 12 week work placement)
